Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has approved the initial public offering (IPO) of Crystal Insurance Company Limited at their 741st regular commission meeting. BSEC approved the IPO of the company to raise the capital of Tk 16 crore from the market through the Fixed Price Method.

The net asset value (NAV) per share was Tk. 24.42 and the earnings per share (EPS) was Tk. 2.92 (Basic) according to the financial statement of the company for the year ended on December 31, 2019.
