Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has approved the initial public offering (IPO) of ADN Telecom Limited on December 2018 at the commission regular board meeting presided over by its chairman M Khairul Hossain, approved the IPO proposal of ADN Telecom Limited, said a BSEC press release. BSEC approved the IPO of the company to raise capital of Tk crore from the market by offering crore shares at a price of Tk. each share under the Book Building Price method.
According to the Financial Statement The company’s earnings per share (EPS) was Tk 2.67 and the net asset value (NAV) per share Tk 18.80 at the end of June 30, 2018. ICB Capital Management Limited has acted on behalf of the company’s issue manager. The company’s IPO fund will be used for Construction of new factory building in the existing vacant area, Import of new Machinery, Bank loan repayment, Construction of Building and meeting IPO expenses & IPO related other relevant expenses according to the IPO prospectus.
